By registering for a cooking class or event, I fully understand and acknowledge that cooking classes and/or events have inherent risks, dangers and hazards and that my participation in such classes and/or events may result in physical injury, illness or other damage.  I expressly and voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with participation in classes and/or events and eating the food prepared there.  I understand that there are risks inherent in cooking and eating the food prepared, including but not limited to, slips, falls, cuts, burns, choking, food allergy reactions and other accidents and injuries that may arise from the activity of cooking and eating the food prepared in classes or events. I hereby release the Culinary Classroom from any and all liability for damage, losses, or personal injury to myself resulting from my participation in any class or event. The Culinary Classroom reserves the right to use any photograph taken at the class or in connection with the participation or any other activity involving the The Culinary Classroom, including but not limited to those taken during a class or activity of any kind, to be used in the The Culinary Classroom’s promotional materials, brochures and website.
