In this hands- on class we’ll delve into the art of egg cookery, exploring a variety of techniques to elevate your egg-based dishes to new heights.
Master the delicate art of creating the Classic Eggs Benedict with homemade Hollandaise Sauce. You will learn how to perfectly poach the egg (big wow - can be made in advance!) and how to create a velvety buttery Hollandaise Sauce- a marriage made in heaven!
We will also create French Rolled Omelettes - a dish with ultimate finesse and delicacy - firm on the outside but creamy on the inside. "The French cook eggs like they invented them"!! (anon) haha!
In addition we will be mastering the art of creating a perfect Cheese Souflee - opening your door to many variations such a spinach, broccoli, and much more once you master the basic technique.
And finally, we will make Mini - Pavlovas -Crisp on the outside and marshmallowy soft on the inside. Visually stunning meringue nests filled with fresh berries and freshly whipped cream - a complete showstopper on you buffet table. You don’t have to tell anyone how simple they really are to create!
